Star Wars Triple Force Friday Global Reveal
With the release of “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker,” “The Mandalorian” and “Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order” all in the last quarter of 2019, the annual Force Friday Event was tripled and elevated to new heights with a global reveal of all related consumer products and special announcements. These epic product launches were held at two different sites simultaneously, at Pinewood Studios in London, England and Lucasfilm’s Skywalker Ranch near San Francisco, California and featured product displays, licensee displays, broadcast vignettes, photo ops, food and beverage and a global live stream of special presentations. I was tasked with designing the consumer flow and floorpans for each location, as well as developing all graphics and providing mockups and renderings for approval by all parties. By all accounts the event was a huge success, sparking conversation and buzz around the launch.
