Amazon Music - GenMex Industry Event

Looking to the capture the sizeable Mexican American population, Amazon Music is seeking to form strategic partnerships with Mexican artists and industry professionals. Ultimately the plan is to bring awareness to new content offerings and increase users’ engagement with revamped playlists and stations. As a major tentpole to the start of the campaign, Amazon Music hosted an exclusive industry event to celebrate with label partners, key artists, influencers and PR media outlets. For this event I was tasked with designing an efficient event floorplan that accommodated a main stage for artists, ample seating, bar and multiple consumer engagements at the Terrace at Neuehouse in Los Angeles, CA. In addition to this I designed all supporting signage and collateral as well as provided 3D concept renderings for two of the main engagements which included a branded living wall for organic photo ops and a mini photo studio set that served as the background for professional photographer, Enkrypt.
